About Dr. James M. Bryan
Dr. James M. Bryan is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine. He joined The Orthopedic Clinic over 20 years ago and has dedicated his career to helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques to achieve faster, less painful recoveries.
Dr. Bryan brings a sports medicine perspective to all surgeries and treatments he performs, including reconstructive procedures such as robotic total knee, navigation-assisted total hip, shoulder resurfacing, reverse shoulder, and standard total shoulder arthroplasty. He has earned a reputation for successfully performing complex orthopedic surgeries, including revision procedures for the shoulder, hip, and knee.
His approach to care is patient-focused, emphasizing clear communication and shared decision-making. Dr. Bryan takes the time to explain conditions, review treatment options, and ensure patients feel confident and informed throughout their care journey.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Bryan stays active through tennis, pickleball, hiking, and other fitness activities. He enjoys spending quality time with his family. He believes that teamwork, both in life and in medicine, is key to achieving the best results.
