Physical TherapistRobert joined The Orthopedic Clinic physical therapy team in 2013. After previously working at CORA Physical Therapy, he now provides outpatient physical therapy at The Orthopedic Clinic. He earned his Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Central Florida in May of 2009 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida in April of 2012. He is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Suzanne Danch
Physical TherapistSuzanne joined The Orthopedic Clinic physical therapy team in 2008. After working previously at the University Hospitals Outpatient Rehabilitation and Aquatic Center, she now provides outpatient physical therapy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Science in Biomedical Science from The Medical University of Ohio at Toledo. In 2020, she then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.
Jareb Landon
Physical TherapistJareb joined The Orthopedic Clinic physical therapy team in 2021. He previously provided physical therapy, back in Idaho, in multiple settings including pediatrics, acute care, and home health. He now provides outpatient physical therapy at The Orthopedic Clinic. He earned his Bachelor of Exercise Science Fitness and Evaluation from Boise State University in 2013. He went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine of Health Sciences in August of 2018.
Amber Wise
Physical TherapistAmber joined The Orthopedic Clinic Physical Therapy Team in September 2022 shortly after moving to FL from GA where she provided physical therapy services at an outpatient clinic. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University in May 2021. During her time as a Physical Therapist thus far, she has gained experience working with various types of conditions such as vestibular pathology, lymphedema, pediatrics, general orthopedic pathology, and neurological pathology (ex: CVA, spinal cord injury, MS, etc.). At this time, she is focusing on treating Orthopedic conditions alongside our team here at The Orthopedic Clinic.
Tina Moon
Physical TherapistTina Moon, PT, DPT, joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2024 with extensive experience across acute care, cardiology, wound care, outpatient therapy, and home health. She earned her AA and AS degrees and graduated from the Seminole State College PTA program in 1995. She later completed her BS in Health Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UCF. Tina has specialized training in vestibular and vertigo therapy, allowing her to provide expert care for patients with balance and dizziness challenges.
Mikenzi Pettenger
Physical TherapistMikenzi Pettenger, PT, DPT, is a Volusia County native who grew up in DeLand and now calls Ormond Beach home. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Health Science from Stetson University in 2015 before pursuing her Master of Health Science (2020) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (2024) at the University of St. Augustine. Mikenzi completed her final clinical internship with the Baltimore Orioles, gaining valuable experience in professional sports rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping patients recover and perform at their best through evidence-based, personalized care.

Physical Therapy AssistantKeith joined The Orthopedic Clinic physical therapy team in July of 2003. Having previously worked at Genesis Rehab, Keith brings over 20 years of experience to the team. He earned his degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Seminole Community College in 1998.

Physical Therapist AssistantTish joined The Orthopedic Clinic physical therapy team in 2022. She initially did an undergraduate degree with an emphasis on music theatre. She then received her degree in massage therapy in 2001 and worked in an outpatient clinic. She then received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistance from Daytona State College in 2010. She previously worked in outpatient clinics. Tish brings over 10 years of experience to the team.

Melissa McMurray
Physical Therapist AssistantMelissa joined The Orthopedic Clinic in January of 2023. She received her degree from Daytona State College in 2021, and before starting with us here she previously worked for an outpatient clinic and skilled nursing facility.
Morgan Ferris
Physical Therapist AssistantMorgan Ferris, PTA, joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2025. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University in 2014 before discovering her passion for physical therapy. She went on to earn her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Daytona State College in 2016, completing one of her clinical internships at The Orthopedic Clinic at Twin Lakes. Prior to joining The Orthopedic Clinic, Morgan spent five years specializing in pediatric physical therapy. She is dedicated to helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through personalized, compassionate care.

Physical Therapy AssistantRachel Bertha, PTA, graduated from Keiser University in 2018, where she received the Clinical Excellence Award for her outstanding performance during her clinical rotations. She is passionate about helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life, finding the greatest reward in witnessing their progress. Rachel began her career at The Orthopedic Clinic in 2019 and is dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate care to support each patient’s journey toward better health.
Lisa Villalongo
Physical Therapy AssistantLisa Villalongo joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2022 and currently provides physical therapy care. She began her career at Atlantic Physical Therapy in South Carolina in 2010, later working at Flo Rehab through 2017. From 2017 to 2022, she combined her expertise in massage and barbering as an adjunct instructor at International Academy. Lisa earned her Associate in Science in Massage and Physical Therapy from Horry Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary in El Dorado Hills, CA. Lisa is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist since 2010—and a licensed barber for over 30 years—Lisa loves the way the body works to heal itself and how physical therapy and massage play a role in aiding the healing process.
Rick Carrion
Physical Therapy AssistantRick joined The Orthopedic Clinic physical therapy team in 2025 after graduating with his A.S. degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Daytona State College in 2024. Prior to joining the team, he worked in a long-term acute care facility, where he gained valuable experience treating patients with Parkinson’s disease, stroke-related conditions, and cardiopulmonary needs. With a background in coaching youth soccer, Rick brings a dynamic and patient-centered approach to helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence—so they can get back to living life in full motion.
