Gary joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2023. He received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas in 1996 and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 2006.  He has extensive Orthopedic and Level I Trauma experience in multiple states including Texas, Tennessee, and Florida.  Serving as an Occupational Therapist/Hand Therapist, Gary has also served as a Director of Rehabilitation and a University Instructor. He is a Certified Hand Therapist by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.

Alexis joined The Orthopedic Clinic Occupational Therapy team in 2024. She initially acquired an undergraduate degree in psychology at Towson University in Maryland. She then earned her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 2022 from CCBC in Baltimore and moved to Florida that summer. Before starting with us here she worked for Advent Health Hospital in the acute care setting.

Sam is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who joined The Orthopedic Clinic Occupational Therapy team in 2025, bringing extensive outpatient experience and a strong focus on helping patients regain independence and improve functional outcomes. Sam earned an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Daytona State College in 2017. Prior to joining The Orthopedic Clinic, Sam spent more than six years working in an outpatient clinic in Palm Coast, where they gained experience helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities of daily living.

Jake Wojciechowski, MSOT, OTR/L, CHT

Certified Hand Therapist

Jake joined The Orthopedic Clinic Occupational Therapy team in 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Medicine from Saginaw Valley State University in 2018 and later completed his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2021. Jake is a nationally registered Occupational Therapist and became a Certified Hand Therapist in the spring of 2025. He has extensive experience treating upper extremity orthopedic conditions and specializes in custom orthotic fabrication.
