With a diverse range of experience in medicine, Michael serves as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Todd McCall, helping Dr. McCall in orthopedic surgery for orthopedic trauma, complex fracture management, non-unions, and total hip replacement. He is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

Brooke joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2010 after graduating from The University of Florida with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2010. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida in 2007. She serves as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Albert Gillespy, who specializes in surgical and non-surgical orthopedic treatment in areas including spinal disorders, arthritis, total joint replacement, foot disorders, fractures, and more. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

Jessica joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2011 after graduating from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her Master of Medical Science, Physician Assistant in 2010. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology from the University of Florida in 2007. She serves as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Mark Gillespy, helping Dr. Gillespy treat musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, muscle, ligament and joint injuries, and nerve entrapments. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Davidson College in 1999 and went on to hold the position of Senior Account Executive for Allied Professional Resources. Jeff uses his diverse range of experience to serve as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Jeff Martin in orthopedic surgery, specializing in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries. Trenton joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2014 after graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2013, with his Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Alabama in 2010 and went on to work as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Champion Sports Medicine, in Tuscaloosa from 2010-2011. Trenton now serves as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Todd McCall. He is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida in 2010 and worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer for eight years at an orthopedic practice in Jacksonville, FL. Theresa serves as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Albert Gillespy. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

Alison provides years of previous orthopedic experience to our practice and serves as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Christopher Matthews, who specializes in surgical and non-surgical orthopedic treatment of the upper extremity. She is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants.

With a diverse range of experience in medicine, Megan serves as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Lindsay Lucas, helping Dr. Lucas in orthopedic surgery for orthopedic trauma, complex fracture management, and non-unions. Tabitha Castrillon, PA-C
Physician AssistantTabitha is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. Tabitha joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2023. She graduated from University of Central Florida with her Bachelors of Science in Pre-Clinical Health Sciences in 2015 and then went on to complete her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from AdventHealth University in 2019. She practiced Orthopedics at AdventHealth until June 2023, before joining out practice. Tabitha provides years of previous orthopedic experience to our practice. Tabitha will serve as a Physician Assistant in our Orthopedic Walk-In Centers. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

She graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2013 and then went on to practice orthopedics for four years in Virginia Beach. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida in 2003 and went on to work as a Certified Athletic Trainer for five years in Altamonte Springs. Jessica will serve as a Physician Assistant in our Orthopedic Walk-in Centers. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

Physician AssistantChandler Melton is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. Chandler joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2024. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Keiser University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biological Science from The University of Alabama. After graduating she spent five years in pediatric orthopedics. Chandler serves as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Dominic Marino, who specializes in total hip and knee joint replacements. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
Daniel Scott Winecoff, APRN

Scott joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2014 after graduating from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with his Master of Science in Advanced Family Nurse Practitioner. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Appalachian State University in 1997, and went on to work as a Registered Nurse in the ER at both Halifax and Florida Hospitals, and a Nurse Manager in the ER at Florida Hospital. He serves as the Nurse Practitioner to Dr. Brian Hatten. He is certified by the Florida Board of Nursing.

Elton joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2015 after graduating from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with his Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science and Nursing from Fitchburg State College in 2007, and went on to work as a Registered Nurse at Florida Hospital Flagler from 2015-2017, and Medical Technologist at Adcare Hospital from 2001-2005. He serves as the Nurse Practitioner to Dr. James Bryan. He is certified by the Florida Board of Nursing.
Lindsey Watson, APRN
Advanced Practice Registered NurseLindsey Watson is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Lindsey has a strong clinical background with over ten years of direct patient care experience from pediatrics to geriatrics in both physical therapy and surgical based settings. Lindsey obtained her undergraduate degree from University of Tampa in Exercise Science/Sports Medicine and subsequently went on to pursue her nursing degree from Hillsborough Community College and Western Governors University. Lindsey completed her Masters of Science in Nursing from South University and obtained her APRN licensure in 2019.

Brittany provides years of previous orthopedic experience to our practice and serves as the Nurse Practitioner to Dr. Richard Gaines.
Brittany Korell, APRN
Advanced Practice Registered NurseBrittany has agreed to join our Pain Management team as an ARNP for Dr. Richard Sims. Brittany obtained her undergraduate degrees in Nursing at Daytona State College and subsequently obtained her Masters degree in Nursing at the University of Alabama. She graduated with honors from each program. Brittany comes to us with prior experience as an ARNP in pain management, neurosurgery, cardiology, and most recently with Excellence Health providing post-acute care in SNF, LTC, and ALF settings.
Sherri Zicker, RN
RN - Nurse Case ManagerSherri Zicker joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 1990. She attended Florida Keys Community College where she obtained her AS Degree in Nursing in 1987. Over the past 30 years, she has served as a registered nurse here at TOC for two providers, Dr. Willis Stose (retired in 1987) and Dr. Mark Gillespy. As of December 2020, Sherri has transitioned into a new role and is now serving as a Nurse Case Manager / Patient Advocate for our Bundled Payment for Care Improvement (BPCI) program to obtain the best possible patient outcomes for our patients. She is excited for this new phase of her nursing career.

RN - Nurse Case ManagerMichelle Malloch joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2018. She was born and raised in Daytona Beach and attended Daytona State College where she obtained her Nursing Degree. Michelle has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and spent the last 25 years as a Nurse Case Manager in Home Healthcare industry. She is a passionate patient advocate and is excited to be leading the efforts in our Bundled Payment for Care Improvement (BPCI) program to obtain the best possible patient outcomes for our patients
