Gary Robinson, OTR, CHT, MBA
Occupational Therapist/Hand TherapistGary joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2023. He received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas in 1996 and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 2006. He has extensive Orthopedic and Level I Trauma experience in multiple states including Texas, Tennessee, and Florida. Serving as an Occupational Therapist/Hand Therapist, Gary has also served as a Director of Rehabilitation and a University Instructor. He is a Certified Hand Therapist by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.
Ayonna Andrews, OTR, MOT
Occupational TherapistAyonna joined The Orthopedic Clinic Occupational Therapy team in November 2025. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and brings five years of clinical experience in wellness, rehabilitation, and patient care. Prior to joining The Orthopedic Clinic, Ayonna held roles in exercise and wellness, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and cardiac rehabilitation, including serving as Wellness Director at the Bear Levin Studer YMCA. She is also a certified ballroom dance instructor, personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Pilates instructor, and yoga instructor.
Alexis Baugh, COTA
Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantAlexis joined The Orthopedic Clinic Occupational Therapy team in 2024. She initially acquired an undergraduate degree in psychology at Towson University in Maryland. She then earned her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 2022 from CCBC in Baltimore and moved to Florida that summer. Before starting with us here she worked for Advent Health Hospital in the acute care setting.
