Gary Robinson
Occupational Therapist/Hand TherapistGary joined The Orthopedic Clinic in 2023. He received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas in 1996 and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 2006. He has extensive Orthopedic and Level I Trauma experience in multiple states including Texas, Tennessee, and Florida. Serving as an Occupational Therapist/Hand Therapist, Gary has also served as a Director of Rehabilitation and a University Instructor. He is a Certified Hand Therapist by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.
Alexis Baugh
Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantAlexis joined The Orthopedic Clinic Occupational Therapy team in 2024. She initially acquired an undergraduate degree in psychology at Towson University in Maryland. She then earned her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 2022 from CCBC in Baltimore and moved to Florida that summer. Before starting with us here she worked for Advent Health Hospital in the acute care setting.
Sam Pilotte
Occupational Therapy AssistantSam Pilotte is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who joined The Orthopedic Clinic team bringing extensive outpatient experience and a passion for helping patients regain their independence. A Daytona Beach native, Sam earned an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Daytona State College in 2017.
Before coming to The Orthopedic Clinic, Sam spent 6.5 years working in an outpatient clinic in Palm Coast, where they enjoyed helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and get back to the activities they love. Sam finds great fulfillment in making people feel better and supporting them on their journey to recovery.
